Oh no. What's happening here? Breaking at the seams already?! What's going on???

During the taping of CBS' The Dr. Phil House back in 2007, producers sent in a nude man to test the reactions of those living in the crib.

While most cast members had a good sense of humor about it, two women felt violated.

So violated, they sued!

Fast forward to 2011 and we have the final word on the case...

This case is DISMISSED!

Apparently the judge didn't want to give these two ladies the time of day. And, honestly, we can't blame him/her.

When you sign on to do a reality show, you're basically signing your life away. These woman had to have known any and every thing could happen during filming, and if they didn't, well, they don't need to be signing contracts like that ever again!

It's not like the man wagged his thing in their faces! C'mon, girls...

Bryn Terfel: Wotan For A New Age

Selah starts off their "Greatest Hymns Album" with ' Be Thou My Vision". What an appropriate beginning for such an album depicting such wonderful hymns. What a wonderful song and so timely. It was only in 1905 that a lady named Mary E. Byrne translated the words into English. Such words that had been hidden to us for thousands of years that date back to a writer named Dallan Forgaille who lived between 530 and 598.

Teen Mom 2′s Jenelle Evans In Rehab

It should come as no surprise that Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 fame has entered rehab. The mother of all trainwrecks is currently in a facility in Malibu, California. Will she finally get back on track and be the mother that her son Jace so desperately needs? I’m not sure if this stint in rehab will be what it takes for this 19-year-old troubled Mom (

Bahati Gay Death Penalty

This is not good, Uganda.

While we were expecting to hear that the death penalty had been stripped from the anti-homosexuality bill in at least a small step in the right direction, we're hearing that that isn't the case anymore:

According to the report, MP David Bahati, author of the legislation that was first introduced in October 2009, reportedly told the committee that the death penalty could be stripped from the bill. The committee, however, decided to keep the death penalty, by rewording the provision to match the current penal code making "aggravated defilement" punishable by death.

The Ugandan Parliament's Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee will recommend the version of the Anti-Homosexuality bill that retains the death penalty for acts of "aggravated homosexuality."

The committee's report does remove some provisions, but adds criminal penalties for "conducting a marriage ceremony between persons of the same sex."

The bill has been publicly condemned by our State Department and other countries abroad. And of course, we don't support it either. Even if the harshest punishments are removed, the bill itself still remains discriminatory.

Bahati argues that everything is done with the Democratic process, so there can't be anything wrong with it.

Making people fear that their human rights could be viewed as illegal and punishable by death seems like there is everything wrong with it.

We hope there are changes coming for Uganda. They deserve to be whoever they were born to be.

Equality for all!

Take A Bite Out Of The Los Angeles Nightlife

James Brown was a strict disciplinarian with his staff and would dock their pay if they were late or their appearance was not satisfactory. This was because he felt that the audience deserves the best from him and his group. His songwriting ability didn't always conform to proper music writing but he felt that if it sounded good he would record it as is. The Night He Saved Boston was during a concert the day after Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated. Due to his taking charge of a crowd at a concert and telling them several things, the concert went on without any rioting and his demeanor throughout the concert was admirable.

Alice Greczyn Named New Face Of Poshs Line At BBQ!

Talk about a lucky break!! This beautiful girl was chilling poolside at a BBQ in Malibu and when Victoria Beckham spotted her, and named her the new face of her fashion line! Alice Greczyn is a model turned actress, so she does have some experience in Hollywood. And it was probably the reason she was at this BBQ anyway. But non-the less, it was still a huge break for her! She just happened to be lying by the pool in a bikini when Posh spotted her and began talking to her about her freckles. She then had David come over and snap a picture, before exchanging agent’s numbers to set up an appointment. She said, Amazingly I wasn’t nervous. She’s lovely and he’s such a gentleman – although it tickled me that David Beckham was taking my picture.’ Victoria was quite pleased with her discovery saying, ‘I’m always on the lookout for inspiring girls and I believe in fate, so meeting Alice was meant to be. She embodies the spirit of my denim, is naturally beautiful and a perfect fit for the collection. I loved finding Alice – a young fresh talent.’ In fact, Posh was so pleased with Alice, [...]

On tonight’s episode of Glee, Rachel Berry (Lea Michele) duets with Jesse St. James (Jonathan Groff) on Adele‘s stunningly beautiful song Rolling in the Deep. So these cold-like symptoms that I picked up over the weekend have been kicking my butt a bit. I wouldn’t say I’m really “sick” per se but I have been feeling kinda crappy for the past couple of days. Sore throat, runny/stuffy nose and some body aches … you know, the usual. I ended up staying home all day yesterday which actually turned out to be a great idea because I was able to watch a bunch of episodes of the brilliant 90′s teen drama My So-Called Life on Netflix.

Now, I’ve owned My So-Called Life on DVD for years now … but I never got around to watching the show. In fact, I haven’t watched the show since it aired on TV back in 94-95. I had forgotten how amazingly well written the show is and watching the first few eps last night reminded me of what a groundbreaking and important show it truly was. Of course, good shows don’t necessarily mean good ratings and My So-Called Life was canceled way before it should’ve been. My So-Called Life featured an openly gay teen character (Ricky, played by Wilson Cruz) YEARS before anyone else and it really told stories that were really real. The writing is the best thing about the show, yes, but the acting performances by the young cast (Claire Danes, Jared Leto, etc) is also really remarkable. I know that some of you young’ns out there have never seen or even heard of My So-Called Life … but for those of you who do remember the show, I urge you to take another look. It deffo holds up as a great show. I may not have been feeling all that well last night but at least I was able to enjoy my evening with the My So-Called Life kids ;)

No plans for tonight … I’ll prolly keep recuperating. We’ll see. Happy Tuesday!!

J. Cole Concert at the Charlottesville Pavilion

It simply wouldn't be Christmas without the carols we all know and love. Playing the piano is a great way to share the songs of the season with family and friends. Luckily, many Christmas carols are easy for beginners to play on the piano. Keep in mind that while these simple carols can be easily self-taught, it is always helpful to enlist the help of a piano instructor. The following three classic carols are an especially good place for the beginning piano player to start.

The Dog Days of Spring in Nova Scotia

No other artists have been so closely identified with each other as Paul Gauguin and Vincent Van Gogh. Their often volatile relationship has been dramatized in both books and Hollywood movies, marked by Vincent's cutting off his ear, an incident that seems to be universally know, whatever your background in art. However, they always remained friends, until Van Gogh's death by suicide, bonded by their love of art and Vincent's memorable sunflowers that haunted Gauguin for the rest of his life.

Jennifer Lopez Im Into You Video Debut On The Today Show

If you caught today’s episode of The Today Show then you saw the debut of Jennifer Lopez’s ‘I’m Into You’ video, which was awesome. If you didn’t never fear you can check it out right here. Jennifer Lopez proved once again that she has still got it with the debut of her ‘I’m Into You’ video. She premiered the footage earlier on The Today Show and let me just say she never ceases to amaze me with her talent and creativity. Plus the girl looks freaking amazing and has a body I would die for. Not only does the video rock but so does the song, is there anything that this chick can’t do because I am beginning to think there isn’t. J Lo certainly knows what her fans want and this is evident in not only her new songs but this new video that shows Lopez frolicking on the beach with a super hot dude. What I like best about it besides that fact that it shows that Jennifer is still one sexy mama, is the black and white shots incorporated in the color shots. I think it looks freaking great. There is sex appeal oozing everywhere and I [...]

How to Choose Your Violin Wisely

As I was watching BET the other night, some friends and I were having a discussion about the best underground rappers from the South. Let's see who on this list meets this criteria.

The Lennon Inspired Paul McCartney Lyrics

To learn the guitar, one must know its roots and origin. Guitar history dictates that this piece of musical instrument was developed in the 12th century. Before, it was simply described as any instrument that was plucked or strummed, characterized by a long fretted neck with a flat soundboard. All guitars of those times were made of wood and did not have a universal form.

Oh no! The Broadway curse has weaseled its way onto the set of the new Spider-Man movie!

Thankfully, no one was hurt!

Three production grips found themselves trapped mid-air yesterday for three hours while working on the new movie, The Amazing Spider-Man, in Manhattan. The grips were attempting to build a platform six stories high that would support a camera set up on the roof of a building in Chinatown when a malfunction occurred on the crane they were on.

It took the FDNY three hours to finally rescue the three men as the computers for the crane, as one of the grips explained later, "went blank…like someone turned off the dark switch."

Thankfully, firefighters were finally able to get use of a cherrypicker - a crane on a truck with a basket at the end - and got the men down safely. With no one hurt and with every precaution taken to ensure the men were safe from further danger, we think the movie's fairing much better than the Broadway show has.

Let's just hope this isn't a bad omen for worse things to come!

Movie Review: My words of wisdom on this one is leave it on the video shelf because if you wasted your dime going to a theatre I feel for you. It was tough enough to get through the long drawn out comedy, should have known Golf and Comedy, unless it was a Tiger Woods satire, jumping on the Tiger Woods shinanigans over last 12 months, I am sure that was the marketing ploy.

Electric Slide

I have picked out, in my opinion, the 5 Best Techno Songs from 1995 to 1999. I enjoy a wide variety of electronic music, so some of these picks might be better classified as Rave, Electronic Dance, Trance, Eurodance, Electronica or maybe even House. Genres are getting a little too specific anyway, and there are way too many different classifications. So, if the song was at least partly synthetic, and had a good enough beat to dance to it, then it made my list. Techno songs usually have several different mixes of the same song, so if there is a specific version that I like it will be noted after the song title.
